These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 55bmw platform. By registering an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything outlined here. Section 1

Deposits and withdrawals must be made from and to accounts registered in your own name. Third-party transactions are not permitted.
Section 3
All bonuses, promotions, and Rewards programme benefits offered on 55bmw are subject to specific terms that are stated at the point of claim. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible markets, and expiry periods are all part of the conditions attached to each offer — these are displayed on the Bonus page in plain Philippine English before you confirm a claim. Bonuses that are claimed without meeting the stated eligibility criteria may be voided without notice. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method; attempts to claim a welcome bonus more than once using multiple accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Rewards points earned through the Rewards programme are credited in accordance with the qualifying wager rates displayed in your account. Points are non-transferable, have no cash value until converted, and may expire if your account remains inactive beyond the period specified in the programme terms. Tier benefits — including improved cashback rates and priority support — apply during the period in which you hold each tier and are not retroactively applied to wagers placed before you reached that tier. 55bmw reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion with reasonable notice where operationally necessary; active players will be informed of material changes via the contact details on their account.
Welcome bonuses are strictly limited to one per player, household, and device. Duplicate claims across multiple accounts will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses.
Every bonus and promotional credit has an expiry period. Unused bonus funds or unmet wagering requirements after the stated deadline will result in the offer being voided.
Points accumulated in the Rewards programme belong solely to the account holder and cannot be transferred, sold, or shared. Converted PHP value is subject to standard withdrawal terms.
55bmw may update bonus and Rewards terms where operationally required. Material changes will be communicated to active players before they take effect.
Section 4

Scheduled maintenance, network disruptions, and circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability. In such cases, bets already confirmed and settled will stand; bets that were placed but not confirmed prior to an outage may be reviewed and voided where settlement cannot be verified. 55bmw shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures, delayed data feeds, or disruptions to third-party payment providers operating in the Philippines.
